Yesterday I woke up with a scratchy throat. It turned into the throat monster of doom and after 2 sprays of Cepacol failed to tame it I wound up taking a valium at 3 am to try and brute force myself to sleep. I woke up at 730 this morning in misery anyway.

Now i am on real cold meds and in that infuriating state where I feel almost totally fine as long as I am completely prone. If I dare sit up I get weak and dizzy and stagger a bit. Yesterday I winded myself walking from my car to my apartment - grand total of 6 steps and maybe 20 yards. I feel useless.

I finished the ME1 save file I've been working on since May (or March? an M month, at least). It's captured my attention again in a big way and I have spent a lot of time fleshing out my headcanon. I really want to start 2 again but it's a matter of energy which is in short supply at the moment.

Ugh! I felt that way a couple of weeks ago. Slight scratchy throat going to minor cold, though. Mostly it's gone, but that's after lots of dayquil, vitamin C, and a mucinex.

bleh :( Try that tea I mentioned if the sore throat becomes unbearable. Advil Cold & Sinus always helps me too.
