Jan. 15th, 2012 10:42 pmtoday i went to buy a bridesmaid dress. i had a lot of latitude in my selection - i had my pick of any david's bridal in a specific color. (i wound up with this one, if you are curious).
my mom and dad went too. i thought that was pretty nice of them. david's bridal is a madhouse at the best of times, and dad was basically the only guy there. and i wasn't even a bride!
later after we parted ways i dictated a text to my phone to thank them again for coming. i said, "i love and appreciate my parents," because i do.
my phone wrote down, "S**t."
welp.
